RSF training program
Our 1 on 1 in-person and online training models are structured around your competition calendar and sporting schedule includes strength & conditioning, athlete monitoring, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
MEETING
Before we embark on our training journey, we meet others to learn more about one another as coach, person, athlete or performer, developing trust, hard work, dedication, time and most importantly skin in the game from both sides.
ASSESSMENT
We establish a baseline of the athlete’s current state through testing, evaluating and screening. These findings are presented and discussed with the athlete in detail before moving forward.
GOALS
We strategise and determine the route that would yield optimum performance for the athlete. A program is designed around their needs which follows progression based on sports science and research.
EXECUTION
Once a goal is set, we work towards progress step by step by applying the right doses of stimulus when it comes to a customized strength & conditioning program. We do not stop at just workouts - we work on the mental aspects, nutrition guidelines, recovery protocols and much more.
MEASURE
We measure performance indicators while working towards our goals. Flexibility and mobility is an important part of the training plan and coaching philosophy. If changes are to be made at any point, we do what it takes.
COMPETE
We work towards translating the work done at the gym and on the training field to performance in the sport.
